InkPrinter ink is seen a lot of changes lately and for the consumer that really is a good thing. Printer ink keeps getting better as far as the printing part and the look that they produce. Another new innovation is giving the consumer the chance to save some money on refilling the ink in their printers. Let's take a closer look at these things.Printer ink now is available in a form where you can refill your own. Is it hard? Is it a lot of fun? I can answer all these questions, because I have done this before. First and foremost it is a lot cheaper than buying a brand-new cartridge to put in your printer. A lot of times you have to pull the top of your cartridge off and than you will be able to access the sponges which hold the ink. You than slowly fill these sponges with printer ink. IT can become very messy if you don't watch what your doing. A good word of advice lay newspapers down and where some plastic gloves and you should be okay. Printer ink does make a mess no matter what anyone may tell you. Cheap printer ink can be found online though various websites. Most kits are going for every printer but it's something you should check though. Usually you can refill your printer ink a couple of times. Now black ink is a little different than any color. You usually can go three or four times with black ink compared to color. One of the newest things that companies around where I live are offering is to refill your printer ink for you for a price. Now this could be a good idea if you really don't want to go through the hassle of doing it yourself. I guess it's all up to you. So, you can see that printer ink has changed a little from just buying your cartridge from your local supply store. You now have more control over how you do it and what it costs you, in a way I think that is a good idea for the consumer.
