StandPrinter stand do more than just hold your printer anymore. I know my printer stand does so many things for me sometimes I don't know what I would do without it. With sliding doors and shelves inside it's like a mini filing cabinet besides being a printer stand. Many people use a desktop printer stand as they are usually all one unit. You can have your computer, printer and fax machine usually all in one point. Now sometimes this is a good idea, and sometimes it's not. Personally I like have it separate for a couple of reasons.First and foremost I don't want to have it in my way and when you have another printer stand by itself it can do your work away from you. I don't have to listen to it print right beside me. I can have it sitting in a corner within arm's reach which makes me for efficient. Now alot of people don't like that system and I understand that. Each person can design their work area they way they want if they have a printer stand or even a desktop printer stand. I guess different things' work for different people. Printer stand have changed alot as far as design and colors. White and wood design have always been the most popular ones, but new ones are always being added. People sometimes look to buy printer stands that will coordinate with the other desks in their offices or place of business. People are spending more and more time at their desks and having something they like and are comfortable with is very important. If their not happy than they won't like working in that area. A happy employee will work harder and give you better production, so a printer stand that does the job is also essential. Cheap printer stands can be found almost anywhere anymore. prices have really come down and more companies are making them and selling them. The quality of printer stands are also alot better which is also good news for the consumer. A printer stand now does more than just keep your printer safe anymore.
